"TN County Forestry Economic Data Study Roll-Out"

Perceval Assogba is an Assistant Professor in the UTIA School of Natural Resources with interdisciplinary training and research experience in applied economics, statistics, forestry, and agriculture. He earned his doctorate in Applied Economics from Auburn University in 2021.

His work focuses on the economic and policy dimensions of natural resources, with research interests in natural resources economics and policy, international trade in forest products, carbon pricing mechanisms, international forestry, and applied econometrics.

His teaching areas include forest and wildland policy, natural resources economics, and forest investment. Through his research and teaching, Dr. Assogba examines the economic forces, policies, and market mechanisms that influence forestry and natural resource management.
