B&G Equipment
B&G Equipment story begins in 1976 when two loggers, W.J. Bates and Donald Grantham, formed the Bates and Grantham Truck and Trailer Supply. A year later, Bill Rodgers, a sales manager for Clark Equipment, introduced Bates and Grantham to the Clark company, marking the beginnings of the logging equipment company B&G is today.
Over the past four decades, B&G has grown from humble beginnings into a large company serving loggers in Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana and Tennessee. B&G is known throughout the region as a true loggers’ dealership. Most of all, B&G is known as a company that understands the logging industry and does whatever it takes to help loggers succeed.
